Go to My Account
Go directly to your My Account page https://magnoeng.ai/my-account/
- Click your profile icon, which displays the first letter of your name.
- Select Dashboard

From your dashboard, you can:
- View your account metrics.
- View your orders.
- Request changes to an order.
- Manage your addresses.
Go to Orders & Analytics
You can go directly to https://magnoeng.ai/my-account/orders/
- Click Orders & Analytics.
Orders & Analytics
View your orders and track their progress.
- View your orders, sorted from newest to oldest.
- Check the status of each order.
- Download your completed files.
Select Your Order
- Find the order you want to update.
- Click the View button.
Request Changes
- Click the "Request Drawing Changes" button
Upload Your Updated Drawing
In the new window, click the upload area or drag and drop your file into the dashed box.
- Attach your updated file.
- Click Next.
- Wait until the message "Upload Completed" appears.
Complete the Change Request Form
- Select the pages you would like to submit. By default, all pages are selected.
- Select the reason for the change.
- Provide additional details to help us understand the requested changes.
Submit Your Change Request
Review your information and click "Upload" to send your change request.
